Abigail Stoddard is passionate about effectively managing the intersection of public health, technology and community engagement to increase health equity and provide quality diagnostics for all populations, everywhere.

Abby served as Primary’s Vice President of Business Development and now, as General Manager, she expertly leads Primary’s work with policy makers, state and federal agencies. She holds a dual Doctor of Pharmacy/Master of Business Administration degree and has over ten years of experience across all facets of the healthcare industry including retail, hospital, managed care and public policy. 

Prior to joining Primary, Abby worked in managed pharmacy benefits, including informing underwriting for state managed Medicaid rate setting, pharmacy network reimbursements, and specialty pharmacy pipeline and trend analysis. She enjoys being an active participant in Minnesota state policy making, serving for six years on the state’s Drug Utilization Review Board, three years on the state’s Medical Cannabis Review Panel, and she remains an active mentor for pharmacy students at her alma mater, the University of Minnesota.

In her free time Abby enjoys spending time with her wife Clare, traveling, and over feeding her cat.
