SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Drip Hydration Sacramento and Primary.Health are pleased to announce a partnership with the Sacramento Kings and Golden 1 Center to provide discount COVID-19 testing for fans and employees at its West Sacramento testing facility.

As fans return to Golden 1 Center, important safety protocols will be necessary to protect visitors and staff. As part of those measures, the Sacramento Kings and Golden 1 Center have issued their health and safety protocols, which include proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test.

Drip Hydration Sacramento is a locally owned and operated medical business started in October 2019 as an IV delivery company but expanded to provide COVID-19 testing at the onset of the pandemic. The company has since administered thousands of tests to individuals, schools and businesses throughout the region.

Drip Hydration has partnered with Primary.Health, a technology company that organizes, streamlines, and automates COVID-19 testing and vaccination across the country. Together, Drip Hydration Sacramento and Primary expect to begin administering vaccinations at the site within weeks.

The testing facility in West Sacramento is open to the public. The company provides discounts for employers and organizations needing group tests and has the ability to conduct tests on-site.

Managing Partner, Kingsley Melton MBA opened the West Sacramento facility to provide a lower cost option. “We opened the West Sacramento facility to drive down the cost of rapid antigen tests in the Sacramento area.  Now, with more volume we can continue to drop the price and provide a more affordable option.”

“Primary.Health is proud to partner with the Sacramento Kings and Drip Hydration to provide convenient testing options to keep fans and employees healthy as we work together to safely reopen the economy,” said Andrew Kobylinski, CEO and co-founder of Primary.Health. “Sports and leisure activities are not only important for financial well-being but also our collective mental well-being. Sports and concerts bring people together, and we look forward to helping promote health and safety for fans and staff at Golden 1 Center.”

Drip Hydration’s other managing partner, Nurse Practitioner Christi Barnas is working on multiple fronts to safely reopen the Sacramento region.  In addition to managing Drip Hydration, she was recently appointed as Board Member to the Washington Unified School District.

Drip Hydration Sacramento was the first business to specialize concierge IV service in the greater Sacramento area beginning October 2019.  The benefits offered by IVs include increased energy, immune system support, and cellular repair. While scientific studies examining IV effects continue, the popularity and availability of IV treatments grows despite the sparse number of studies available.  IV and concierge COVID-19 testing is available at

Primary.Health’s software helps event venues, airports, schools, homeless shelters, and community-based organizations stand up and operate their testing programs. In addition to supporting the current need for more rapid testing, the platform is lab agnostic and compatible with many kinds of tests and vaccines, from PCR to rapid antigen to new technologies. This unique capability allows large event venues, essential workforce employers, and local public health agencies to adapt their testing program to the specific needs of their populations and environments.

Drip Hydration was founded by Los Angeles resident Dr. Abraham Malkin, MD in 2016. Dr. Malkin continues to actively manage the menu of treatments offered. By partnering with CLIA certified Renegade Labs based in Oakland, Drip Hydration offers individual and group PCR test with next day results. Testing clients include local businesses, schools, and international travelers.

Primary.Health’s cloud-based platform helps organizations conduct cost-effective testing and vaccination programs at scale, facilitating the return to work, school, and economic activity. The company streamlines registration, on-site workflows, reporting, and data analytics to enable convenient, efficient, and affordable testing and vaccination. Primary launched in March of 2020 and powers more than 700 COVID-19 testing and vaccination sites across the country.
